Notice of public hearing: Local Law 8-2026

A Public Hearing will be held on October 13, 2026 at 6:45PM in the Village of Alden Municipal Building, 13336 Broadway, Alden, NY, regarding Local Law Number 8-2026 to create Chapter 133 of the Village Code pertaining to Motorized & Unmotorized Vehicles/Devices, enacting restrictions and regulations on motorized and unmotorized vehicles and equipment on Village sidewalks, streets and other properties.

A copy of the proposed local law is on file at the Village Clerk’s Office, 13336 Broadway, Alden, NY, for any persons wishing to review the proposed local law.
