Notice of public hearing: Local Law 7-2026

A Public Hearing will be held on October 13th, 2026 at 6:40PM in the Village of Alden Municipal Building, 13336 Broadway, Alden, NY, regarding Local Law Number 7-2026 to amend Chapter 177 of the Village Code pertaining to Streets and Sidewalks, enacting restrictions and regulations on motorized and unmotorized vehicles and equipment on Village sidewalks, streets and other properties.

A copy of the proposed local law is on file at the Village Clerk’s Office, 13336 Broadway, Alden, NY, for any persons wishing to review the proposed local law.
